The employees at Salon Avalon pride themselves on providing you with exceptional service and customer service. All of our stylists are professional, educated and experiences and will provide you with the best hair care service possible.
If unhappy with a hair care product, we can exchange it for one that does not exceed the value of the original purchased product as long as it is returned within 15 days.
We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we request that you call 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel. After two short notices or no shows within a 12 month time period we will require a credit card to have on file prior to booking any future appointments. Any short notice/ no show appointments thereafter will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
Menu prices listed are base prices. Prices are subject to change at anytime depending upon services are being provided or changed at the time of the visit. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, any quote given on the phone are not deemed exact as factors such as length, previous color etc. can not be determined at that time. Consult with your stylist at the beginning of your appointment for precise pricing.
Refunds are not issued on salon services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, we will ask you to re-visit for an evaluation to determine if results discussed were achieved, and redo the service at no charge if warranted. Management must be notified within 7 days of original service and we ask that you return to same stylist that provided the service. If the original stylist is unavailable, or if you feel he/she is unable to perform the desired result, an exception may be made and the redo may be scheduled with another stylist.
Timely arrival will ensure that you receive the full service you have booked. Please call ahead if you know you are running late so we can do what we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appt or may not have time to complete the whole service.
