Hello. Thanks for visiting our website. Long before I started Salon Avalon, back when I probably would have called you crazy if you told me that I’d one day own a salon, I was somewhat frustrated with the industry and how it offered it’s services. I either had to endure terrible customer service and accept a mediocre haircut to save money, or pay a small fortune to get the quality my family and I deserved at an upscale salon that still lacked what I feel is priority #1 – Quality Customer Service. I was confused by their pricing schemes and forced to accept that my expectations were too high.

I had had it, whether it was the stuffiness at the big beautiful facilities or the mediocre at best service at the chain salons.

I thought, what if I could build an upscale salon that performed top quality services in a relaxing environment at affordable and simple prices that don’t confuse the customer? Would I succeed? Would the formula work?

The formula has been surprisingly simple – quality service in a comfortable environment performed by talented, friendly professionals. Delivering uncompromised customer service with a simple and affordable pricing structure. That’s it. What you see is what you get. No hidden costs, no confusing pricing schemes. Just top quality service at an honest, fair price. And with that, we continue to achieve our goal of setting ourselves apart from the other salons.

My wife, Lisa and I run Salon Avalon privately and independently. We are not “absentee owners”, or a large corporation with tons of overhead. Just a local couple operating our small business with high expectations for ourselves and our team. We are proud to offer an upscale experience at prices below the competition.

In my 20 plus years of customer service, I learned the value of offering a great service in a professional manner. I expect nothing less from my staff of professionals and challenge any salon to meet our level of talent, friendliness and warmth.

We’re not out to change the industry, but we are out to deliver something fresh, exciting and new to you, our customer.
